MFH Holds First 2009 Capitol Workshop
On September 21 and 22, 30 MFH grantees from across the state gathered in Jefferson City for an introductory Capitol Workshop.
Participants learned about the policymaking process in Missouri and effective ways to engage in it, toured the Capitol Building, and met with State Representative Chris Kelly(D-24th).
The Capitol Workshop is part of the MFH Link Project, intended to help grantee organizations build more meaningful relationships with elected officials.
