TPCI COMMUNITY GRANT 2011 CYCLE 2


MFH is implementing an online application process.  Paper applications will not accepted. 

To apply for funding, review the Request for Applications (RFA), then click on the link below to set-up an MFH account.  After setting up an MFH account, you will be automatically taken to the online application. 

Applicants are encouraged to type their answers into a Word document, then copy and paste them into the online application.  You may work on your application at your own pace.  When exiting the application, be sure to choose “Save & Finish Later” to save your work. 

Upon completion, applicants must choose the “submit” button or the online application will not be received by MFH.  In addition, applicants must submit online all required attachments listed in the RFA Application Checklist (page 4).  These can be submitted in Word, Excel, or Adobe PDF formats.

NOTE: When scanning documents, MFH recommends a resolution of 200 dpi to keep the size of the document to a minimum.
