Brenda A. Battle, RN, MBA
A registered nurse, Brenda Battle has broad health care experience that includes public health service, managed care and administration of a national health care organization. She currently is director of the Barnes-Jewish Hospital Center for Diversity and Cultural Competence, and working to eliminate health disparities in the metropolitan area. She was a member of MFH's Community Advisory Council from 2003-2007, and joined the MFH Board in 2008. Battle also is a board member of the American Heart Association and the National Conference for Community Justice-St. Louis. Battle is a 2010/11 Fellow of the Harvard Medical School-Massachusetts General Hospital's, Disparities Leadership Program She is a graduate of Leadership St. Louis.
